Privacy notice
Version dated 25 August 2026.
This is a short notice for Agriva’s early expression-of-interest form. Before public launch, the project owner must review and approve the final legal wording and the data controller’s details.
What data we collect
The form asks only for your role in the agricultural supply chain, a convenient contact method — Telegram or email — and, optionally, your name. The referral source, UTM parameters, page, and submission date may also be stored for technical purposes.
Why we need it
The data is used to save the enquiry, notify the Agriva team, reply to the participant, and build an initial directory of roles for the future system.
What we do not ask for
At this stage, Agriva does not ask for a password, tax ID, passport details, exact address, bank details, or production volumes.
Storage and sharing
The enquiry must be saved to connected persistent storage before notifications are sent. Telegram, an email service, and the selected database may be used for operational notifications. The final version will name the specific providers once the project owner has configured them.
How to ask a question or request deletion
Before publication, the Agriva owner must add the data controller’s official contact details here. Until that contact is approved, this site should not be published as the final public form.
Changes
Agriva may update this notice as operational services are connected and the product develops. The effective version date is shown at the top of this page.
